Universal UI Thermostat App & Hardware

I was asked to join this project after the exploration process and some implementation had been completed. I jumped in, assessed the project, and implemented feature integrations that were needed.

The goal of this project was to take a previous iteration of the app and hardware from UTC’s smart thermostats and implement them all into one modern branded thermostat app and hardware.

I was able to implement the new design components into the current design systems as well as test several different prototypes to get the most fluid user journey. Finally, I created a spec document for the company's development team that was offshore.
