Universal UI Thermostat App & Hardware

Overview: I joined a project aimed at consolidating UTC's smart thermostat app and hardware into a unified, modern interface. After assessing the existing designs, I integrated new design components into the current system and tested multiple prototypes to optimize the user journey. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive specification document for the offshore development team, ensuring seamless implementation of the new features.
