Overview: In 2018, the Franklin Convention and Visitor Bureau sought to rebrand their website to better showcase the unique charm of Williamson County, Tennessee. As the Lead UI/UX Designer, I conducted extensive research, analyzing nearly 100 similar websites to identify effective design elements. This competitive analysis revealed an opportunity to create a more personalized and engaging user experience. By incorporating handwritten fonts, watercolor splashes, custom icons, and subtle animations, I transformed the site into a dynamic, interactive travel guide that invites users to explore the distinctive attractions of Franklin.
